Booking Sustain-A-Bowl for your next event offers more than just exceptional food and service. It also provides the gratifying feeling of helping aspiring chefs, with barriers to employment, chase their culinary dreams!

All our proceeds fund our nonprofit programs, including Culinary Cultivator, where our chefs provide essential training and kitchen experience needed to excel in the culinary arts.

Cameron and his mother, Chef Ellen, are the co-founders of Sustain-A-Bowl. They’ve elevated the food truck experience, serving dishes with a mind-blowing fusion of flavors crafted from high-quality ingredients.

In addition, they’re also the co-founders of 360 Eats, a nonprofit program working to end food insecurity and eliminate food waste in Tampa Bay.
